A presentation of the Roadmap related to the "Location of Business (property registration and lease)" indicator was held in Azerbaijan.

According to the information, an online meeting of the "Property Registration and Lease" working group, led by the State Service and organized by the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings, was held.
At the meeting, attended by representatives of the state and private sectors, information was provided and discussions were held regarding the implementation of improvements and communication in the relevant field concerning the "Location of Business (property registration and lease)" indicator, the status of relevant measures, and the work carried out during the first half of 2025.
Rustam Shahbazov, Deputy Head of the State Service and head of the working group, informed the meeting participants about the measures and projects implemented within the framework of the Roadmap's execution concerning the registration and cadastre of immovable property.
Vusal Shikhaliyev, Head of the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings, brought to the attention of the meeting participants the directions of activity and the main goals ahead for the "Property Registration and Lease" working group.
It was stated that the Roadmap reflects the preparation of a draft normative legal act providing for the regulation of the current situation regarding unauthorized constructions, the carrying out of work towards the full digitalization of services provided in the field of immovable property registration, ensuring access to information in the state register, and other issues.
Finally, the importance of timely, quality, and substantive implementation of the measures under the Roadmap was emphasized, and the questions of the meeting participants were answered.
