On April 9, 2026, a meeting on the topic of CMR insurance was held between ABADA, international road carriers, and logistics companies, organized by the Azerbaijan Customs Representation and Logistics Companies Association (AGTL) and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency.
ABADA President Habib Hasanov participated in the meeting.
Mr. Habib Hasanov delivered a report at the meeting on issues concerning the current situation and development opportunities of CMR insurance implementation in Azerbaijan, its importance, ensuring the carrier's liability to third parties for cargo, protecting the entrepreneur's cargo security, and strengthening state tax and trade control.
