The creation of an international force to ensure stability and security in the Gaza Strip is being discussed. According to an official from the US Department of War, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Indonesia have been named among the main candidates to send troops to this force.
Redaksiya reports, citing a source, that negotiations regarding the composition of the force are ongoing, and no country has officially committed yet. The US official noted that these countries are the most interested parties in joining the stabilization process.
According to Politico, the main objective of the mission will be to monitor the ceasefire, restore security in the region, and ensure the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid.
