Emphasizing that we have always been in favor of equal partnership, the head of state noted: “We have never allowed anyone to interfere in our affairs, anyone to dictate something to us, anyone to look down on us. We have resisted, we have shown our strong will, we have not bowed our heads to anyone, we have not allowed and will not allow anyone to interfere in our affairs.”
