Considering the large passenger flow at the Baku International Bus Terminal Complex (BBAK), and to ensure the timely departure of routes, proper bus allocation, and other organizational matters without hindrance, the ticket purchase procedure has been changed in accordance with relevant legislation.

It was stated that ticket sales for intercity and inter-district routes are carried out until 15 minutes before the bus departure. If less than 15 minutes remain until the bus departure, tickets are then sold for the next route. This rule applies to tickets purchased via the "biletim.az" portal and from the bus terminal's ticket offices.
This rule does not apply to other city and district bus terminals in the initial stage.
Passengers are requested to adjust their arrival times at BBAK when purchasing tickets, in accordance with the relevant rule.
It is recommended to use the "biletim.az" platform to conveniently purchase tickets in advance without coming to the ticket office. Take advantage of more favorable prices and seat selection options!
