The validity of the ISO 37001 – "Anti-Bribery Management System" international standard certificate, obtained by "Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company" CJSC (ASCO) in 2022, has been re-confirmed by the British international classification society "Lloyd’s Register" (LRQA).
This decision was made based on the results of the next interim inspections conducted by LRQA's audit service at ASCO from December 8-12 last year. Within the framework of the audit, the company's activities in the areas of risk management, legal affairs, human resources management, procurement, public relations, administrative affairs, and information technologies were evaluated. Based on the final results, it was determined that the anti-bribery management mechanisms implemented at ASCO fully comply with the requirements of the ISO 37001 international standard.
It should be noted that ASCO consistently takes measures to ensure transparency and combat corruption. To ensure compliance with the requirements of the international standard, "Anti-Corruption Rules" have been applied throughout the organization since 2021.
