The training on “Speech Culture” for representatives of the insurance sector, held at the Training Center of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (ASA), has successfully concluded. The training was conducted by Namiq Aliyev, Press Secretary of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of the program, participants gained theoretical and practical knowledge on topics such as:
• Speech culture and presentation style,
• behavior in front of the camera and presentation skills,
• rules for preparing for journalist interviews,
• principles of pause, pronunciation, accent, and intonation,
• effective communication with the audience,
• stress management during public speaking
During the training, practical exercises, simulations, and role-modeling were conducted based on real situations. These sessions served to strengthen participants' speech technique, content structuring, and live presentation delivery security.
Finally, certificates were presented to participants who successfully completed the training.
The Azerbaijan Insurers Association will continue to regularly implement professional development programs, seminars, and trainings with the aim of supporting the professional development of specialists working in the insurance sector.
