The German Armed Forces have begun to assess cyberattacks, sabotage, and disinformation as early stages of potential military conflict. This approach is reflected in the country's new Operational Plan.

It is noted that since Germany is considered one of NATO's main logistics hubs, it could become a target in the early stages during any large-scale conflict. Within the framework of the plan, the risks of possible attacks on both military and civilian infrastructure are taken into account.
