An inquiry has been made to state institutions, including the State Security Service (SSS), regarding a commercial court case involving Adnan Ahmedzade and approximately half a million manats.
According to information obtained by the editorial office, a case being heard in the Commercial Court has now extended beyond the courtroom and has been brought to the attention of state institutions.
It is reported that ITAC LLC has officially applied to relevant authorities, including the State Security Service (SSS), in connection with the matter.
According to allegations, the main dispute arose during the construction of a recreation center covering hectares of land in the Khachmaz region. It is noted that the project was commissioned under the leadership of individuals reportedly represented on the management boards of Grandmart and Bolmart supermarket chains.
Construction work was entrusted to ITAC LLC. It is stated that payment and financial matters were primarily handled at the head office of the Grandmart chain.
However, according to allegations, a turning point occurred in the project while construction was ongoing.
Turning Point and Tension Between Parties
According to information, the individual reportedly represented on the management board later established their own construction company and intended to continue the project through that company. This step is claimed to be in violation of existing contractual obligations.
Following this, relations between the parties reportedly became strained.
Another point is emphasized in the allegations: it is claimed that ITAC LLC's equipment and construction materials were taken through the newly established company, and an attempt was made to continue construction work with those resources.
It is reported that the dispute moved to the judicial level precisely from this stage.
Questions Regarding Legality
The dispute is not limited to financial matters alone.
According to allegations, regarding the construction of the recreation center covering a vast area:
• whether official information was provided to the relevant state bodies,
• whether the necessary permits were obtained
these issues also remain open.
An investigation into these points is also required.
Questions of Half a Million Manats
The case being heard in court concerns funds close to half a million manats. It is alleged that:
• the direction in which the funds were spent,
• the actual level of execution of contractual obligations,
• the transparency of financial reporting
there is no clarity regarding these matters.
Elchin Rustamkhan, director of ITAC LLC, stated that the main principle in commercial relations is proof and transparency, and all disputed issues must be objectively investigated.
It is reported that the company has officially applied to relevant bodies, including the State Security Service (SSS), regarding the matter. The application emphasizes the necessity of investigating the stated circumstances not only within the court framework but also at the state level.
The case is currently under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court. How state institutions will react to the inquiry and whether an investigation will commence remains open for now.
