On September 9, an incident occurred in one of the villages of Zardab district where a 22-year-old woman was kidnapped against her will with the aim of marriage.
The person who committed the crime — Izzat Rahmanoglu, born in 1998 — was detained by police officers.
Regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated at the District Police Department under the article of kidnapping of the Criminal Code. The person suspected of kidnapping has been brought to criminal responsibility.
It should be noted that the location of the kidnapped person was determined and her return to her family was ensured.
