Work has been completed in the first residential phase of Zangilan city.
This was stated by Ilhamiyya Rzayeva, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service (BTİX) in Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, on "Dost TV"'s live broadcast.
According to her, the work has been completed and will be handed over soon.
It should be noted that the first lottery for return to Zangilan city was held in November 2025.
