Discussions are ongoing regarding the conclusion of the Ukrainian conflict, with parties putting forward various conditions. In this context, the head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, has outlined Russia's conditions for ending the war.
Redaksiya, citing EADaily, reports that Zelensky announced this on his Telegram channel. He stated that the Ukrainian side has formed its position and is awaiting a clear response from the Russian side on whether it is ready to end the war on real terms. According to Zelensky, if such readiness is absent from the Russian side, pressure on the aggressor must be increased.
Zelensky also noted that Kyiv has identified the "correct tactics for shadow fleet tankers and financial schemes used by marginal regimes from other countries to help them evade sanctions imposed against them." In his opinion, similar measures should be applied to Russia. This is part of Ukraine's approach to resolving the conflict. It is recalled that Moscow has begun to study a new plan by US President Donald Trump regarding Ukraine. This plan was prepared after a meeting of US representatives with a "willing coalition" in Paris on January 6. A new version of the plan was presented to the Russian president's special representative, Kirill Dmitriev, in the French capital. This plan does not touch upon territorial issues or security guarantees.
