On December 12, from 08:00 AM until the end of the ceremony, vehicle traffic will be completely restricted on streets intersecting and connecting with Parliament Avenue. The traffic restriction is being implemented to ensure the comfortable, uninterrupted, and safe movement of those commemorating the memory of the Great Leader H. Aliyev. In connection with this, traffic for all vehicles will be restricted and rerouted from the intersection of Mikayıl Müşfiq Street and Hüseyn Cavid Avenue, from the intersection of Mikayıl Müşfiq Circle and Mətbuat Avenue, from Mehdi Hüseyn Street, in front of the Teleteatr building, from the intersection of Izzət Nəbiyev and Abbasqulu Abbaszadə Streets, i.e., from the rear of the administrative building of the Milli Məclis, towards Parliament Avenue – Fəxri Xiyaban.
We recommend using private vehicles as little as possible in this direction and prioritizing public transportation.
