A preventive measure was carried out against pedestrians who pose a real threat to their own lives and the lives of others.

It was stated that, according to the requirements of the legislation, pedestrians must cross the roadway and streets using pedestrian crossings, including underpasses and overpasses, and if these are not available, then at intersections along the sidewalk line or road shoulder lines.
During the preventive measure carried out by the traffic police in the capital, pedestrians who suddenly stepped in front of an approaching vehicle were identified, and educational discussions were held with them.
“We once again bring to the attention of all road users that observing the rules protects yourselves and others from life-threatening dangers,” the statement said.
