Intermittent rain is expected in some parts of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula from the daytime of April 14 to the daytime of April 15. There is a possibility that the rain will intensify in some parts of the peninsula.
This was stated in the warning issued by the National Hydrometeorology Service.
It was noted that rainy weather conditions are forecast to continue intermittently in the regions of Azerbaijan until the morning of April 15. In some areas, short-term intense precipitation, lightning, hail, and snow in some mountainous areas are expected. It is also probable that water levels in rivers will increase due to precipitation, and short-term floods may occur in some mountain rivers.
