A series of new features have been introduced to WhatsApp users.
“Qafqazinfo”, citing foreign media, reports that 6 of the innovations long tested on the platform have now been officially launched.
The new features primarily cover storage management, cross-platform chat transfer, using two accounts on the same phone, and design innovations.
Storage Management Made Easier
With the new feature, users can find and delete large files directly within a chat. This eliminates the need to delete all chats to free up storage. The feature can be accessed from the “Manage Storage” section.
Cross-Platform Chat Transfer
Users can now easily transfer their chats from the iOS operating system to the Android system. Thanks to the new capability, this process is carried out with a single tap.
Two Accounts on the Same Phone
This feature, previously available to Android users, has now been introduced to iOS users as well. Thus, it is possible to use two WhatsApp accounts on one device.
Meta AI Innovations
Artificial intelligence features introduced by Meta have also been expanded. New capabilities include:
