All thermal power plants of Ukraine's state-owned "Centrenergo" company have ceased operations after a night attack by the Russian Armed Forces. The company announced this on social media.

Redaksiya reports that "Centrenergo" noted today's attack was the most extensive assault on thermal power plants since the beginning of the conflict. The company's statement indicates that the stations have completely switched to zero production.

"We have stopped. Now there is zero production. Zero! We lost everything we had been restoring day and night. Completely... Never before have there been so many missiles and countless drones, several per minute, targeting the same thermal power plants we had been restoring after the devastating attack of 2024... Tonight, simultaneously, the enemy was hitting all our production. The stations are burning," the report states. According to the "Strana" newspaper, "Centrenergo" currently controls the Trypilska TPP in Kyiv Oblast and the Zmiivska TPP in Kharkiv.
