A meeting was held at the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations with martyr families from Turkey, who are visiting Azerbaijan within the framework of the "Development of relations among martyr families of the Turkic world" project by the "Zəfər" Public Union for Support to Martyr Families. The delegation also includes representatives from the General Directorate of Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans of the Ministry of Family and Social Services of Turkey.
Aygun Aliyeva, Executive Director of the Agency, stated that the development of relations with martyr families through NGOs is of great importance.
The martyr families from Turkey shared their impressions about the visit.
Sevinj Alizada, Chairwoman of the "Zəfər" Public Union for Support to Martyr Families, noted that the delegation will also visit Karabakh, and a final event titled "Victory of Justice" will be organized in Baku at the "Nizami" Cinema Center on September 4, 2025.
