The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has prepared a project for the improvement of a number of services (documents).
The MIA provided information about this to the Editorial Office.
According to the information, the MIA has prepared proposals for the improvement of a number of services with the aim of simplifying citizens' daily lives, increasing the quality and accessibility of state services, and accelerating the digital transformation process of our country.
The proposals envisage the digitalization of the initial document submission stage for obtaining and renewing identity cards, general passports, and driver's licenses, as well as vehicle registration. Citizens will be able to submit their initial applications for these services online, without needing to visit state institutions.
This initiative will contribute to further strengthening the "digital government of the country" model, improving the quality of state services, and citizen satisfaction, while also contributing to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
