The new QR sharing function of SİMA next-generation digital signature has been launched. Thanks to this functionality, it is now possible to redirect one's signing authority to another person (accountant, responsible employee, and others) for single use via a QR link, without any additional risks.
The new solution aims to minimize time loss in document circulation and manage processes more flexibly. The implementation sequence of the functionality is as follows:
1. The person performing a signing and identification operation on any electronic portal on behalf of the signature owner scans the relevant QR code via the SİMA İmza application.
2. After the QR code is read by the “SİMA İmza” application, a unique signing link is generated.
3. The link is sent to the signature owner via any communication channel.
4. When the signature owner clicks the link and confirms, they are automatically redirected to their “SİMA İmza” application.
5. The signature owner completes the signing process by confirming the document with a 6-digit PIN, fingerprint, or “Face ID”.
6. After a successful signature, the document is recorded as signed in the system, and the process is completed.
The new functionality creates a unique opportunity for individuals who wish to transfer their signing authority to another person to carry out this process under their control. In particular, company executives gain the ability to transfer their signing rights to another responsible employee of the company without incurring risk. This is because sharing via QR code is based on the signature owner's personal authentication, allowing the signature owner to join the process without sharing security information with third parties and to fully control the progress – they directly see and confirm which system is being accessed and which document is being signed with “SİMA İmza”.
