The "Mobile Youth Service" project, successfully implemented in various cities, regions, and remote villages of our country with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is continuing in the Tartar region. The project, held under the slogan "Sovereign state, patriotic youth," will provide services for young people living in the Tartar region until August 22.

Redaksiya reports that the main goal of the "Mobile Youth Service," implemented within the framework of "Constitution and Sovereignty Year 2025," declared by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is to widely promote among youth the essence of the Victory achieved under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the restoration of our sovereignty, and our state independence, to educate the country's youth in a spirit of loyalty to the Motherland, commitment to statehood traditions, and respect for national and moral values, and at the same time, to ensure that the opportunities provided and initiatives implemented within the framework of state youth policy become more accessible and beneficial for the youth of the region.

The official part of the opening ceremony of the Mobile Youth Service in Tartar began with the playing of the State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a minute of silence in memory of our heroes who fell for the freedom of our lands. Subsequently, Elvin Umudov, Deputy Head of the Tartar District Executive Power, and Azer Aliyev, General Director of the Youth Development and Career Center, in their speeches, highly appreciated the project's importance for youth, emphasizing its crucial role in shaping young people to be loyal to statehood values and in developing their social skills.

At the same time, educational trainings were held for participants outdoors by the Ministry of Defense, the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking, and the No. 9 Regional Department of Ecology and Natural Resources. Sessions were also conducted by professional specialists for youth on topics such as specialty selection, career planning, personal development and motivation, volunteer activities, opportunities created by artificial intelligence tools, and healthy and safe living. Additionally, young people approached various zones created for them, named Patriotic Youth, Creative Youth, Sovereign Youth, Digital Thinking, Education and Career, and Entertainment, actively participating in interactive activities that developed their creative and intellectual potential – workshops, master classes, intellectual games, quizzes, and exhibitions. Team-oriented activities, various board games, and other interactive programs not only provided opportunities for young people to spend their time more efficiently but also served to strengthen their networking and communication skills. Finally, participants who distinguished themselves with their activity were presented with awards.

It should be noted that the "Mobile Youth Service," planned to cover 15 cities and regions of the country, including the most remote villages, and thousands of young people by the end of October this year, is being implemented with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and jointly organized by the "Young Volunteers" Public Union and the Youth Development and Career Center.
