Strong wind is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions, on October 21.
The National Hydrometeorology Service issued a yellow warning regarding this.
According to the warning, intermittent westerly winds will blow in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, Qazakh, Tovuz, Aghstafa, Ganja, Shamkir, Samukh, Naftalan, Goranboy, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Khizi, Khachmaz, Siyazan, Shabran, Salyan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Mingachevir, and Shirvan, with wind speeds reaching 13.9-20.7 m/s.
