The classic written Range Rover logo on the front and rear of Range Rover models will remain unchanged.
The editorial office reports that Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), as part of its "House of Brands" strategy, has introduced a new secondary logo and a distinctive pattern design for Range Rover. The new logo consists of overlapping and mirror-inverted “R” letters. With this, the company aims to further differentiate Range Rover as an an independent brand separate from Land Rover.
At the same time, the “Range Rover Pattern” has also been introduced. This pattern is formed by a chessboard-like arrangement of intertwined and rotated “R” letters. The automaker does not rule out the possibility of this motif being used on the front of future models or in the interior cabin.
JLR officials stated that this symbolic logo will not replace the “Range Rover” lettering but is intended for small items where the lettering cannot fit, clothing tags, and decorative purposes at event venues.
