Pearls of Karabakh Cuisine at the “Rebuild Karabakh” Exhibition

For the first time, the “Karabakh Cup” – National Culinary Heritage Championship will be held at the 5th Anniversary “Rebuild Karabakh” exhibition, taking place within the Caspian Construction Week at Baku Expo Center on October 14–16.

This year, the “Rebuild Karabakh” exhibition will celebrate its first anniversary. This significant event will also be reflected in the exhibition's program of activities.

The “Rebuild Karabakh” exhibition has become an important platform for the preservation and promotion of the region's cultural heritage. The National Culinary Heritage Championship – «Karabakh Cup,» dedicated to Karabakh cuisine and the promotion of national culinary heritage, will provide an opportunity to present Karabakh's rich culture to the international community.
The championship is organized by the Azerbaijan Culinary Professionals Association, an official member of the World Association of Chefs' Societies (Worldchefs) and the Culinary Heritage Committee of Azerbaijan, with the organizational support of “Caspian Event Organisers” company and the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center.

Within the framework of the “Karabakh Cup,” participants will compete in traditional pilaf, dolma, poultry, meat, and fish dishes, as well as Karabakh cuisine and modern interpretations. The program will also include a regional sweets exhibition and a food sculpture exhibition on the theme of “Karabakh.”

The organizers offer flexible opportunities for championship partners to promote their products to a wide audience consisting of both professionals and culinary enthusiasts. In addition to presenting their products to championship participants, partners also get the opportunity to showcase them to exhibition visitors. Furthermore, partners are given the chance to display and use their products in a separate area of the stand during master classes.

At the “Rebuild Karabakh” exhibition, companies will present products and solutions in the fields of information technology, investments, ecology, alternative energy, construction, construction materials, agriculture, wholesale of chemical products, mining, transport, security, food industry, road construction, and infrastructure.
