The driver of a "Tofaş" brand vehicle with state registration number 99-KG-772, Asif Abbaszadə, who flagrantly violated traffic rules and engaged in reckless driving, creating a real threat to the life and health of other road users, has been detained by employees of the Baku City State Traffic Police Department (BŞDYPİ).

It was stated that a protocol was drawn up against the driver in accordance with the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan and sent to the relevant court for review. By court decision, the driver A. Abbaszadə's right to drive a vehicle was restricted for a period of 1 year, and he was placed under 30 days of administrative arrest.
