PASHA Bank launches historic IPO

PASHA Bank is sharing its shares with the general public for the first time, thereby offering an opportunity to acquire a stake in the country's leading private bank.

Within the framework of the Initial Public Offering (IPO), the subscription period will be open to both individuals and legal entities from April 13 to May 12, 2026.

In this context, 932,926 ordinary, registered shares, representing 5% of the bank's capital, are being offered to investors. The share price has been set at 55 AZN, with a minimum purchase of 1 share and no maximum limit applied. A 5% annual interest income will be calculated on amounts paid in advance during the subscription period. The placement of shares will be carried out through the Baku Stock Exchange.

Investors can participate in the IPO through PASHA Bank, Birbank Invest, as well as the platforms and mobile applications of the lead underwriters PASHA Kapital, ABB Invest, and Unicapital.

It should be noted that the placement will be executed in accordance with the sequence indicated in the emission prospectus.

This IPO is the first bank IPO carried out by a private organization in the history of Azerbaijan and is considered a significant milestone in the development of the country's capital markets.

International rating agency Standard & Poor's affirmed PASHA Bank's credit rating at "BB-/B" with a “Positive” outlook in 2026. The bank was also named "Azerbaijan's Best Bank" and "Azerbaijan's Best SME Bank" for 2026 by International Investor Magazine. In 2024–2025, it received several international awards from Euromoney, Global Finance, and Stevie Awards, including becoming the first Azerbaijani bank to win the "Gold Stevie" award in the "Company of the Year" category at the Stevie Awards.

PASHA Bank has identified the development of the non-oil sector, financing of the real sector, and diversification of the economy as its main priorities. In addition to Azerbaijan, the bank also operates in Georgia and Turkey.
