On October 9, at 10:00 AM, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of "Republic Diagnostic Center" OJSC will be held.
The meeting will take place at the administrative building of the company located at 147 Tbilisi Avenue, Baku.
The agenda of the meeting includes the election of a general director for the OJSC.
According to the State Register of Commercial Legal Entities of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, until now, "Republic Diagnostic Center" was led by former Minister of Health, Oqtay Shiraliyev, who passed away on October 3.
The center was registered by the state in 2004. Its authorized capital is 2.415 million manats. (Modern)
