The list of persons entitled to use preferential mortgage loans has been expanded with the Decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
To this end, the head of state signed a Decree on amending the “Rules for Issuing Mortgage Loans, including Preferential Mortgage Loans, at the Expense of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
According to the Decree, judges of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan with at least 3 years of judicial experience have also been included in the list of persons entitled to use preferential mortgage loans.
