Teachers have gained international experience within the framework of the project “Education Strengthened by Experience – a new perspective in classrooms”!
The main objective of the project is to ensure that teachers adopt modern teaching methods and approaches based on international educational experience, and by applying the acquired knowledge in the local school environment, to make a real and measurable contribution to the quality of education and the effectiveness of pedagogical activities.
Within the framework of the project, two teachers participated in a 1-week pedagogical experience program at several prestigious general education institutions operating in Turkey – Şehit Erol Olçok Turizm Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Nilüfer - Koç Ortaokulu, Otomotiv Endüstrisi İhracatçıları Birliği Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, and Nilüfer Borsa İstanbul Fen Lisesi.
During the program, teachers observed daily lesson processes and learned on-site about interactive teaching methods, individual approach methods for students, the application of technologies in teaching, and school internal management models. At the same time, they gained practical experience by integrating into the lesson process and had the opportunity to compare various pedagogical approaches by exchanging ideas with experienced colleagues.
With the aim of disseminating the experience gained within the project, a presentation was organized at the school involving 20 pedagogical staff members, with the participation of both teachers. During the presentation, innovations, effective methods, and application possibilities gained from international experience were widely shared, ensuring knowledge exchange among teachers.
In the next stage, the organization of a closing event where the final results of the project will be presented is planned.
It should be noted that the project is being implemented by Nuranə Xanmədova at the A. Nagiyev Full Secondary School in Dayikand village, Salyan district, within the framework of the IX Grant Competition for Development and Innovations in Education of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
