The editorial reports, citing the BBC, that this 33-page document warns the European Union and European countries about the risk of "cultural erasure," while not portraying Russia as a direct threat to the US.
Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesperson: "The changes we are seeing are consistent with our vision," he said, adding that Moscow hopes for "constructive cooperation" with Washington towards resolving the Ukraine conflict.
