Former Advisor to Minister of Culture Appointed to New Position at AQC

A new head has been appointed to the Legal Department of the Azerbaijan Appraisers Society (AQC).

AQC Chairman Vugar Oruj signed a relevant order regarding this. Fuad Khazani oglu Mammadov has been appointed to the position of head of the department.

Fuad Mammadov was born in Baku in 1985. He completed his education in International Law at the National Aviation Academy and worked in various state institutions and the private sector. Fuad Mammadov held high positions in different years at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, and the Ministry of Culture (advisor to the minister). Most recently, he served as the head of the Legal, Human Resources, and Document Management Department at the State Service under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the Legal Department of AQC is responsible for protecting the rights of appraisers and citizens, making correct decisions on legal matters, and operating in accordance with relevant legislation. The main duties of the department include resolving legal problems faced by appraisers in their professional activities, investigating appeals, providing legal assistance, and conducting legal awareness in this field. The department's goal is to make the legal environment in the appraisal sector more transparent and compliant with legal norms.
