The lawyer of İslam Rzayev, head of Balakan's executive power, who was detained yesterday by the State Security Service (DTX), has been identified.
According to information obtained by "Qafqazinfo", İslam Rzayev will be defended by the well-known lawyer Elvin Əliyev.
İ. Rzayev was arrested on suspicion of corruption crimes. He was later dismissed from his post by Presidential Decree. He will be brought to court after being charged as an accused person.
It is worth noting that Elvin Əliyev is more known as the lawyer of the meyxana performer Rəşad Dağlı.
