Following that, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, delivered a speech.
Afghan women's rights activist and researcher, Zarqa Yaftali, another laureate of the "Zayed Award for Human Fraternity," spoke at the event.
Nabil Qaddumi also spoke at the ceremony on behalf of the Palestinian organization "Taawon."
Later, the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, presented the "Zayed Award for Human Fraternity" to the laureates.
