President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Finland, Alexander Stubb.
The editorial office reports, citing President.az, that the letter states:
"Dear Mr. President, on behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I sincerely congratulate you and your people on the national holiday of the Republic of Finland - Independence Day.
I believe that relations between our countries will continue to develop on the basis of friendship and cooperation in line with the interests of our peoples.
On this festive day, I convey my best wishes to you and wish your people lasting peace and prosperity."
