The next meeting of the Presidium of the Bar Association (BA) was held.

At the meeting, the issue of admission to the bar was considered. The swearing-in ceremony of a candidate for the bar, who successfully completed the written and oral stages of the qualification exams, as well as the mandatory training program, was held. The candidate was admitted to the ranks of the Association by taking an oath regarding lawyer ethics and professional duties.
Within the framework of the meeting, applications regarding the transfer of some lawyers to other legal entities, exemption from membership fees for a certain period, provision of financial assistance and debt write-off, as well as the termination of legal activities at their own request, were discussed, and relevant decisions were made.
During the continuation of the meeting, the opinions of the Disciplinary Commission of Lawyers were reviewed, and the Presidium warned two lawyers for disciplinary violations, reprimanded one lawyer, issued a rebuke to one lawyer, and suspended the activity of one lawyer for a certain period.
Finally, other current and important issues related to the Association's activities were also discussed, and necessary decisions were made.
