Within the framework of the "Doha Forum" held in Qatar, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, met with Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, Qatar's Minister of State for International Cooperation.
