Hamas announced that within the framework of the agreement, along with the prisoners on the list of 250 people, 1700 prisoners held in Gaza, as well as all women and children, will be released. The organization's statement added that the Rafah border crossing will be opened bilaterally, and full permission will be granted for humanitarian movement.

The editorial office reports that Hamas expressed its “deep gratitude” to the mediating parties in Turkey, Egypt, and Qatar, calling these countries' role in reaching the agreement “historic.”

However, Israel's National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir reacted harshly, stating: “The release of thousands of terrorists, including 250 murderers, is an unacceptable price.” This statement further increased internal tension within the Israeli government on the eve of the agreement's approval.
