The Ministry of Emergency Situations has re-appealed to the public in connection with unstable weather conditions.
This was reported by the press service of the MFA.
It was stated that, as previously warned, unstable or rainy weather conditions are currently being observed, including heavy precipitation in some areas, and such weather is predicted to continue in the coming days, with flooding expected in certain areas and short-term mudflows and floods in some mountain rivers.
In connection with the above, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has re-appealed to the public, urging them to adhere to the relevant safety rules.
Thus, to protect against flooding, as well as mudflows and floods that may be caused by heavy rainfall, one should stay away from dangerous areas, and if faced with such a danger, one should immediately ascend to the nearest elevated ground and unreservedly follow the calls and recommendations of rescuers," the statement noted.
