“A number of initial symptoms can be observed in schoolchildren who consume energy drinks.”
The "Healthy Schoolchild" section discusses the impact of energy drinks on schoolchildren's health.

Energy drinks cause serious damage to the developing cardiovascular, nervous, and endocrine systems of children and adolescents.

According to Aytan Bashirova, a pediatrician at the Lokbatan Medical Center, a number of initial symptoms occur in schoolchildren who drink energy drinks:

“These include anxiety, accelerated heart rate, sleep disturbances, as well as gastrointestinal problems. Although these symptoms are often perceived by parents as ordinary fatigue, the underlying cause may be the consumption of energy drinks. Because excessive caffeine intake can lead to sleep disturbances, an increased risk of anxiety, and even negatively affect brain development in children and adolescents. A developing organism is not ready for such a load.”

According to the pediatrician, energy drinks cause an increase in heart rate, elevated blood pressure, insomnia, and a decrease in sleep quality. At the same time, these drinks can increase the risk of irritability, anxiety, and addiction, and negatively affect normal brain development:

“In general, energy drinks should not be considered a source of energy for schoolchildren. Sufficient sleep, regular physical activity, and a balanced diet are the safest and most effective ways to meet children's energy needs.”

Energy drinks are absolutely unacceptable for children and adolescents!
Parents should be vigilant on this matter and not allow children to desire or consume energy drinks! This is dangerous for their health!
