Ali Karimli, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (APFP), for whom a pre-trial detention measure of 2 months and 15 days was chosen, has undergone a medical examination at the Investigation Detention Facility of the State Security Service.
The editorial office reports, citing gununsesi.info, that after the medical examination, the APFP chairman was placed in the Investigation Detention Facility.
It has become known that Ali Karimli has been placed in a single-occupancy cell.
Meanwhile, the APFP chairman's lawyer, Agil Layij, stated that they did not notice any disrespectful behavior from the investigator and operatives towards his client.
It should be recalled that Ali Karimli was involved in the investigation concerning the criminal case of Ramiz Mehdiyev, former head of the Presidential Administration.
