Currently, foggy weather conditions are observed in some areas of the country.
The editorial office reports that the National Hydrometeorology Service has issued information in this regard.
It was stated that the visibility distance is limited to 50-500 meters in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, as well as in Quba, Yevlax, Imishli, Kurdamir, Sabirabad, Neftchala, Bilasuvar, Lankaran, and Astara.
The formation of fog is caused by high temperatures during the day and the cooling of the Earth's surface and a drop in air temperature at night.
The foggy weather conditions are expected to continue intermittently until the evening of January 9.
