The value of people is measured not by their positions, but by their deeds.
Barat Yusubov is also one of those people who have gained value through their deeds. There have been many times when I directed needy people I didn't even know to him, and he had them treated and operated on without any expectation of return. Sometimes he even bought and gave them their medicines.
Every month, he went to orphanages with his medical team, showed interest in the needs of orphaned children, and tried to solve their health problems. Sometimes I directed orphanages that contacted me to him, and he provided for the children's surgeries and even their medicines.
For years, he has been paying the tuition fees for some students studying abroad. He allocated significant funds for the translation of several very important foreign textbooks in the field of medicine so that our students can use them in their own language.
He has repeatedly organized various scientific and medical conferences at his own expense, inviting world-renowned scientists to the country.
I have known Dr. Barat for years; he has always done these and similar good deeds and never wanted them publicized. However, I feel it is my duty to share these facts, which I have personally witnessed, and to thank him.
Society truly needs benevolent people.
