The UK Foreign Office has summoned Russia's ambassador in London to the ministry regarding attacks on the British Council building located in Kyiv.
London strongly condemned these attacks and demanded an explanation regarding the matter.
The incident is reported to have brought additional tension to the already strained relations between Great Britain and Russia.
