Sunday's Weather Forecast Announced

On April 19, the weather in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be changeable cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly rainless.

According to the National Hydrometeorology Service, a moderate south-westerly wind will be replaced by a moderate north-westerly wind in the second half of the day. The air temperature will be 10-13 degrees Celsius at night and 19-24 degrees Celsius during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 755 millimeters of mercury to 751 millimeters of mercury. Relative humidity will be 60-70 percent.

In the mountainous and foothill regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be occasionally rainy. There is a possibility of short-term intense precipitation, lightning, hail, and wet snow in mountainous areas in some places. Occasional fog is expected in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning. The westerly wind will occasionally intensify in some areas.

The air temperature will be 8-11 degrees Celsius at night and 20-25 degrees Celsius during the day, while in the mountains it will be 2-7 degrees Celsius at night and 13-18 degrees Celsius during the day.
