The asphalt layer on the sidewalk on Məhəmməd Hadi street in the Khatai district of the capital has collapsed.
Oxu.Az reports that after excavation work by the Azerbaijan State Agency of Water Resources (ADSEA) in the area, an asphalt covering was laid on the sidewalk. Just one day later, the newly laid layer completely collapsed.
