Bakcell CEO Departs

Klaus Müller, CEO of Bakcell LLC, resigned from his position on February 6, 2026.

Mr. Müller, who has over 30 years of international experience in the telecommunications sector, announced his decision to retire.

During his leadership, Bakcell entered a strategic development phase, expanded the implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions, introduced innovative products and services, carried out the company's rebranding, expanded its service portfolio, and took significant steps towards improving subscriber experience.

"For over three years, together with the team, we achieved significant results, especially in the development of artificial intelligence-based services. Through local and international partnerships, we introduced new products and opportunities to our subscribers. I thank every member of the Bakcell team for their professionalism and cooperation.
