Azerbaijan's Consolidated Budget Surplus Reached 29.7% of GDP in January

In January of this year, Azerbaijan's consolidated budget revenues amounted to 4 billion 411.9 million manats, while expenditures were 1 billion 717.5 million manats.

The editorial reports this, citing the Ministry of Finance.

As a result, a budget surplus of 2 billion 694.4 million manats was generated last month. This constitutes 29.7% of GDP.

We remind you that the consolidated budget includes the state budget, as well as the budgets of the State Oil Fund, the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Unemployment Insurance Fund, the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, and the budget of the Nakhchivan AR.

In January, a gross domestic product of 9 billion 78.7 million manats was produced in Azerbaijan.
