In 2025, the military prosecutor's office ensured the resolution of 99.7% of registered criminal incidents.

The editorial office reports that this was stated at an extensive collegium meeting at the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, chaired by Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, dedicated to the results of 2025 and the tasks ahead.

Deputy Prosecutor General - Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Major General of Justice Bahruz Ahmadov delivered a report.

According to him, in 2025, the resolution of 99.7% of criminal incidents registered by the military prosecutor's office was ensured.

It was noted that during the reporting year, the number of crimes against military service decreased by 21.3%.

In 2025, the "962-Etimad xətti" (962-Trust Line) was established at the Military Prosecutor's Office. Within its 4 months of operation, 219 appeals received through this communication channel were reviewed.

In 2025, 1001 appeals received by the military prosecutor's office were reviewed accordingly. Additionally, a total of 5911 citizens were received and heard, with 3702 of them directly at military units. Explanations were provided and appropriate measures were taken to resolve their appeals.

During the reporting period, numerous events were held by the staff of the Military Prosecutor's Office to promote legislation, with appearances made 99 times in the press, 18 times on television, 41 times on the internet, and 3 times on the radio.

Deputy Military Prosecutors - Major General of Justice Shafahet Imranov, Colonel of Justice Nihad Shikhaliyev, and Colonel of Justice Gasim Mammadov, as well as Aghdam Military Prosecutor, Colonel of Justice Elnur Karimov, and Shamkir Military Prosecutor, Colonel of Justice Ilham Babayev, delivered speeches discussing the work done during the reporting period and providing detailed information on the measures to be taken to fulfill the tasks ahead.
