A “Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Mutual Military Security” has been signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey. TRT Avaz reported this.
The editorial office reports, citing a source, that the signing ceremony of the document took place within the framework of the 17th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2025) held in Istanbul. The fair is being held at the Istanbul Expo Center, hosted by the Ministry of National Defense, supported by the Presidency of Defense Industries of Turkey, and organized by the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation.
The memorandum of understanding was signed with the participation of Turkey's Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler and Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov. The document envisages deepening cooperation in the military field and strengthening mutual security measures between the two brotherly countries.
