A meeting was held under the leadership of Tural Abasquliyev, the new president of the Azerbaijan Alpaqut Federation.
Important topics such as the development of the Alpaqut martial art and its role in promoting national and moral patriotic values were discussed at this significant event. Meeting participants emphasized the importance of introducing Alpaqut to a wider audience, as it is a martial art reflecting our historical and cultural values.
Subsequently, several strategic decisions were made to further promote the Alpaqut combat sport among the public. It was decided to establish the "Alpaqut Ambassadors" institute within the Federation's structure. Within this institute, ambassadors selected from individuals active in various fields will more effectively convey Alpaqut's values and principles to society.
During the meeting, an exchange of ideas also took place regarding future work to more actively promote Alpaqut on social media. The aim is to reach a wider audience and increase the interest of younger generations in this martial art through the power of social media platforms.
Furthermore, discussions were held regarding the national team's training camp in preparation for the world championship. Meeting participants made decisions regarding the Federation's high-level preparations for December 31 – the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis. This event aims not only at the athletes' preparation but also at further strengthening national unity and solidarity. It is believed that under Tural Abasquliyev's leadership, new opportunities will open up for the realization of these goals.
